Raksha Bandhan was celebrated
with great enthusiasm at Sri Chamarajendra School for Excellence. Dignitaries
like Vishwanath Ji graced the occasion, along with Guruprasad Kathavate Ji. The

During the celebration,
Vishwanath Ji shared the inspiring stories of Ekalavya and Shravana Kumara,
highlighting their significance. Guruprasad Ji emphasized the importance of
Raksha Bandhan since ancient times, referring to instances like Goddess Lakshmi
tying a raksha to King Bali Chakravarti in Krutha Yuga, and Draupadi tying a
raksha to Lord Sri Krishna in Dwapara Yuga. These stories showcased the
enduring value of protection and care symbolized by the Raksha Bandhan
tradition.
Secretary Mahesh emphasized the
importance of Indians coming together to celebrate the festivals. He
highlighted the significance of Raksha Bandhan as a cultural and emotional bond
that unites the people of India in a shared celebration of love, protection,
and familial ties.
The event saw enthusiastic
