INTERNATIONAL DOCTOR'S DAY

Doctor's Day was celebrated on 01.07.2023 in a very meaningful way at Sri Chamarajendra School for Excellence, Mysore. School Principal Srivathsa welcomed everyone and spoke about the importance of this day. RJ Avinash hosted the program and welcomed the guest Dr. Anjali Harsha, Gynaecologist. She spoke about health and hygiene are the two sides of the same coin, yoga and pranayama are helpful in keeping our mind and body in good condition. she said that this should be done every day and she gave suitable health tips that we should ensure that we have fresh vegetables and whole grains in our diet. It was an interactive session, wherein children responded well, about how harmful junk is to us. In this fast life, we have made our tummy as dust bin consuming more of junk unaware of its effects on our body.  She also said how important it is to be in our social life. Master Vijay of Class 4 spoke about the importance of Doctor’s day. Member of Sri Jayachamaraja Ursu Education Trust Sri Balachandra Urs appreciated the rendition of Samsthana Geethe by the students of SCSE. In this program, Joint-secretary Sardar Srikanta Raje Urs, member of Sri Jayachamaraja Ursu Education Trust, Balachandra Urs and a team of school teachers, students and parents were present.
